PRICE LIST 2022
All included, per night / pitch

The price described in the table is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

• welcome toast upon arrival
• information materials of the area and Friuli
• stop in a pitch / other area
• use of the farm's toilets and showers
• use of the columns for current (up to 1KWH) and the sink
• use of common spaces, benefits of the Podere, services of the RED HOUSE, use of barbeques and more
• homage to departure
• eventual holiday souvenir flyer (online or paper)

Furthermore, the guest is entitled to the following benefits:

• visit to the educational farm, workshops and animations, experiences on the farm in relation to the programming of the day (paid or not)
• club house with fireplace available for meetings and briefings (Casa Rossa or Benandanti - price to be agreed)
• entrance to the swimming pool at a reduced price (agreed times) subject to observance of the regulation
• 5% discount on purchases at the & ldquo; Kiosk & nbsp; of the farm & rdquo; and in the Lataria restaurant, excluding fixed prices (Gelindo & rsquo; s Agri Card)
• use of the laundry (reimbursement for electricity and ironing)
• free use of the bicycles made available

4th night - 3% discount
5th night - 4% discount
6thnight - 5% discount
7th night - 6% discount
8th night - 7% discount
9th night - 8% discount
10th night - 9% discount
Maximum discount - 10%

Tent without electricity - discount to be agreed
