The kitchen draws inspiration from ancient recipe books, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility: light, carefully crafted dishes that respect tradition while enhancing the natural fragrance and character of each ingredient.
An extensive wine list accompanies the experience, with a rich selection of Friulian labels alongside fine wines from other regions of Italy.
