Nestled in a quiet valley among morainic hills, in the municipality of Castelnuovo del Friuli, the house lies close to the Cosa stream and its gorge, the Tof spring and Mount Cjaurlec. The surrounding area offers walking trails through the Pre-Alps, the Pradis Caves and the emerald pools of Tramonti, as well as opportunities for climbing, hang gliding and other outdoor activities.
The spacious house blends modern comfort; heating and air conditioning, with the warmth of traditional rural life, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a traditional spolert stove.
Upstairs, the main bedroom is warmed by a tiled stove that can be lit to create a soft, intimate atmosphere, ideal for quiet evenings and slow mornings.
