The famous Dairy of the Magredi, an imposing building in square stones where the exceptional Vivaro, the father of Montasio, was produced, has now been transformed into the welcoming Lataria dei Magredi, a temple of the typical cuisine of the area.

The dishes are prepared in the very modern kitchen-laboratory following preparations taken from ancient Friuli recipe books, but revisited in a modern way: low fat and careful processing to preserve the flavors of tradition.
