The visiting card of Gelindo dei Magredi is, first of all, the à la carte menu of the Corte dei 20: tasty cured meats, fragrant cheeses, fragrant soups, meat and poultry from the courtyards, vegetables from the garden, genuine sweets, rustic bread, focaccia with herbs, polenta and wines of the Magredi. All dishes with ingredients grown directly in our farm or produced by skilled Friulian artisans and cooked according to Friulian recipes: low fat and careful processing to preserve the flavors of tradition.

For your special occasions, however, it is possible to agree on dedicated menus with more refined dishes and preparations, but which keep faith with the traditions and genuineness typical of the Gelindo family.
